DSR

In the context of eBay, DSR (short for Detailed Seller Ratings) is a feedback system that provides buyers a way to leave detailed ratings concerning their transactions with sellers.

eBay’s DSR system is based on a “one to five” star scale with one star being the lowest rating and five stars being the highest rating for four specific categories: Item as Described, Seller Communication, Shipping Time, and Shipping/Handling Charges.

eBay also provides an additional 80 character comment section for any other feedback that a buyer may wish to leave regarding the seller.
