Electronic Textiles (a.k.a. E-Textiles, Smart Garments, Smart Clothing, Smart Textiles, and Smart Fabrics) are fabrics that allow digital and/or electronic components (including small computers) to be embedded in them.

Some examples of what Electronic Textiles could be capable of are: lighting up or changing color, helping to regulate body temperature, reducing wind resistance, controlling muscle vibrations, etc.
